Commissioned Portraits

Order something for yourself or a gift for someone special that will be a constant delight to all who see it.

Field uses architecture pens, watercolors, pastels and charcoal for her artwork. A typical piece takes about a week. She draws from photographs of animals and buildings because expressions and shadows change so quickly.

To commission a portrait, the following information will be needed:

1. Photographs of the subject or subjects, separately or together. Several photos are recommended, with the pose you like best indicated.
2. Desired size of portrait, type of drawing (pen and ink or mixed media), and name of subject or title of drawing.
3. Phone number or email where you can be reached.
