How to submit an RMA

For purchases directly from Epiphan

  • See our warranty and return policy to determine if your purchase is eligible for an RMA.
  • Submit your RMA request using the form on this page.

Note that, for multiple product types, you must complete a separate RMA request for each type.

For purchases through an authorized dealer

  • Contact the dealer and ask if an RMA request is appropriate.
  • If yes, ask that the dealer submit the RMA request on your behalf.

What happens next

After submitting your RMA request, keep an eye on your email inbox for a tracking number and instructions on how to return your Epiphan product.
